2. Q:What machines you have in your factory?
A:We had professional production equipment. We built one of the longest Vacuum Oven in the world to produce 12m swimming spa, one of most advanced 6m Vacuum oven for normal swimming spa, two automatic 3m Vacuum ovens for regular spa, and one smart manual Vacuum oven for special spa, we are using four Roberts to spray fiberglass, and two Roberts to drill the jet holes, one new 11m 5-axies CNC from CMS in Italy to trim, drill and polish the big swimming spa, we are using EMS, RGV, AGV transporting system to move the spas and shells from different stations etc.
We also had the professional testing equipment. Such as Leakage current tester; touch current tester; electrical safety compliance analyzer; spa thickness measurement instrument; color difference instrument; Ozone detector; programmable temperature &humidity chamber etc.
